On the initiative of Stephane Bilquey, the CEO of the previous structure, the company EagleR System was founded. This opened a new chapter, marking our commitment to evolving as an agile and customer-oriented partner in the field of industrial automation.

The legal formalization of the new status has been completed: a spin-off into an independent company, with the full retention of the team, expertise, and project portfolio. This step definitively solidified our operational independence and guaranteed long-term support for our clients.

When the parent company, Clemessy, made the decision to exit the Russian market, our team assumed full responsibility. We continued our operations as an independent entity, ensuring the flawless fulfillment of all obligations to our clients and preserving jobs for the entire team. This period confirmed our maturity and reliability as an independent partner.

Clemessy Rus took on four more large-scale projects at the AVTOVAZ company: Modernization of the automatic assembly line for internal combustion engines: modernization of the control system for the internal combustion engine assembly line, electrical design, PLC programming, installation, and commissioning. METALLINE Project, XJO Lot 3: Restoration of the 2015 line. Modernization of the AR16 automatic assembly line for internal combustion engines: Station 520. Manufacturing of parts for the Lada Largus: Welding fixtures for projection welding.

This period was dedicated to strengthening our client portfolio and refining our internal processes. We focused on delivering consistent excellence and building long-term partnerships, setting the stage for future expansion. Our company successfully led three new projects: With Renault Russia – a project for the automation of the engine front compartment welding section. With Volkswagen Group Rus – a project for a suspended manipulator for installing a panoramic roof: Design work for mechanics and pneumatics, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning were completed. With AVTOVAZ JSC – a project to increase the capacity of the VI51 crankshaft machining line HR16 STEP2. The line was designed for the phased machining and inspection of critical crankshaft dimensions. Integration of additional machining centers. Installation and commissioning of a laser marking station. Installation and commissioning of a cooling system on the CV11 conveyor. Installation and commissioning of chambers for tracking and identification systems.

In the face of a significant crisis in the Russian automotive sector, our team demonstrated remarkable resilience. We successfully maintained our operational activity and retained our entire workforce, proving the stability and dedication of our organization during a difficult period.

In 2015, our team grew from 5 to 13 people to handle our increasing number of projects.

The training and formation of the core team of specialists was completed. Mid-year, the first commercial contract was signed, which was immediately followed by the first successful project implementation. That year marked the starting point of our practical work in the market. In 2014, the company also signed its first 3 projects with AVTOVAZ JSC: Machining of the HR16 crankshaft. Automatic painting station for rear brakes (OP190 & 220). Modification of transport conveyors for the "H4 Engine Localization" project.

A Specialized Entity is Born: - Clemessy Rus is established, marking a significant milestone. - We built our core with a highly specialized engineering team, focusing on line automation, project design, and technical drawings. - Careful selection of skilled assembly and installation teams ensured quality and reliability from the very start.
