Participation in the forum “Days of the French-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Samara Region”

On February 18–19, 2021, a delegation of the France–Russia Chamber of Commerce and Industry visited the Samara Region, led by the Chamber’s General Director, Pavel Chinsky.

Over the course of two days, representatives of 17 Russian and French companies, including LLC “Klemsy Rus,” learned about the region’s economic potential and discussed business development opportunities with representatives of the Government and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Samara Region. As part of the event, business negotiations were held between regional and French companies from various industries, including healthcare, construction, mechanical engineering, energy, logistics, and electrical equipment. Following the forum’s plenary session, an agreement was signed between the France–Russia Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Samara Region Investment Development Agency.

On the first day of the forum, Stéphane Bilquey, as part of the CCIFR delegation, visited the Schneider Electric production sites “Electroshield – TM Samara” and “Preobrazhenka” (“PromParks”), and met with local business partners and government officials.

On February 19, Stéphane Bilquey and Andrey Slamikhin, as part of the CCIFR delegation, visited the “Zhigulevskaya Dolina” Technopark, where an online conference was held with the AvtoVAZ management, including the company’s President, Yves Karakatzanis. Afterwards, the companies met with representatives of the Togliatti administration, participated in B2B meetings with local companies, and visited the Togliatti Special Economic Zone. The CCIFR forum was highly productive for Klemsy Rus.
